How Does the Provyde a Ryde Website Work?

Provyde A Ryde 501(c)(3) receives funding from federal & state grants, local business fundraising and donations from family and friends of our beneficiaries and provides the payment of qualified charitable rydes to MyRyde.app. Donors can make tax-deductible contributions to the Community Fund for any qualified beneficiary, or a Donor’s Choice Fund dedicated to a specific beneficiary ryder.

During checkout on myryde.app, beneficiaries simply click ‘Request Approval for Charitable Ryde’ and the Executive Director of Provyde A Ryde 501(c)(3) reviews and approves the request using available donations. Myryde.app dryvers will receive a request to accept or decline the ryde.

MyRyde.app donates 2.5% of all NEMT & self-pay rydes to the Community Fund.

Is Provyde a Ryde 501(c)(3) Available in My Town / City?

Yes, Provyde a Ryde 501(c)(3) and MyRyde.app are both available in all 50 states and every small town or big city. If you can’t find any ryders or dryvers in your area you will need to build our own network and receive 5% override commissions on all of the rydes purchased by ryders and dryvers that you recruit onto the myryde.app platform.

How Can I set Up a Donor’s Choice Fund for My Friend or Family?

During the Donation process of the foundering campaign you are asked 2 questions ; Where would you like your donation to go? You chose Donor’s Choice Fund. And the second question is; Select Beneficiary (Only if Donor’s Choice) and you select your beneficiary’s name from the list. Then your donation or the donation of any friends or family can be applied to the selected beneficiary’s account.
